Growing up in Wichita, Justin watched his father, Don build the business from the ground up. After attending Wichita State and graduating from Kansas University, Justin moved to San Diego, CA where he lived for nearly a decade. Cultivating a career in technical sales, Justin thrived as a Sales Manager in the software industry.
Ready for a new challenge, Justin joined forces with the Baxter & Associates team in September of 2014. Since then, Justin has been able to enhance the firm with his leadership & problem solving skills. Justin holds his Series 7, Series 66 and his Life & Health Insurance License and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Justin is also well versed in the world of Medicare and has helped numerous clients navigate that stage of their life. Justin has been called a "people person" and is committed to helping his Clients pursue their goals.
