We’re hosting a small, invite-only cooking experience at Mark Arts with Wichita food writer Joe Stumpe, based on his book Iconic Eats of Wichita.

You’ll help prepare several local favorites, including:

• Saigon Restaurant’s No. 29
• Mama Love’s Baked Mac & Cheese
• Flying Stove’s Chicken Doobie
• Anthony Card’s Seared Salmon with Garlic Salad

Each guest also receives a signed copy of the book to take home.

We encourage you to bring a friend who may enjoy getting to know our team. 

Because of the small size of this event, we do require an RSVP including the names of those attending if other than your spouse. 

Each class is limited to 18 guests and seats are first come, first served.

Once a class fills, we won’t be able to add additional spots.
